SERVE YOUR CITY SATURDAYS

Empowering and equipping our service members to impact our community!

SYCS Initiatives are Service member found and service member driven serve days that happen once a month throughout our community. We partner with other non-profits, veterans groups, businesses, community organizations, churches, and even individuals...all in an effort to allow our service members to serve alongside our community to make a difference!

PLAN AND LEAD

Are you serving in our military and want to plan and lead one of our SYCS initiatives? You will handle everything from finding the service project, team recruitment, planning, executing, and follow up; and we will be there every step of the way to coach you!

Here is what we are looking for:

  • Currently Serving
  • Initiative and Drive
  • Teachable
  • A desire to make a difference

We've had teams ranging in size from 2 to 20 serving everywhere from the War Veterans Home and Sci-port to cutting up a fallen tree and helping clear land for a future Homeless Veteran Community, and anywhere in between.

We want to help meet a need in our community that YOU see!
