WANT TO VOLUNTEER?

YOU're in the right spot!

THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WITHOUT AN AMAZING TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS!

Members of our local community are encouraged to volunteer with us for this event. If you wish to volunteer, please fill out the form to the right after reading the following information.

We have several avenues you can volunteer to serve in, such as:

SERVERS

You will host your tables (three per person) by helping with seating and making sure guests at tables have everything they need from the moment they are seated to the moment they leave. Convention Center staff will serve the meal. You will assist with serving and make sure that everything else for your guests is taken care of. At the same time, you will be responsible for getting to know your guests and interacting with them.

You will also be responsible for helping clear your table of any decoration at the conclusion of the event. This will make clean up go very quickly and smoothly. You will be on your feet most of the night.
